Description
The Engineering Supervisor supports the Assistant Director of Engineering by overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations, coaching Maintenance Engineers, assigning and monitoring work orders, and ensuring preventative maintenance, safety compliance, emergency response, and service excellence. The role also performs hands-on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building-system repairs and inspections, supports capital projects and seasonal maintenance, and requires 3–5 years of facilities or hotel engineering experience. The position pays $38.00 to $42.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
