Description
The Engineering Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership and technical oversight for building-services engineering teams across multiple sites at The Crown Estate, St James. The role manages shift and day engineers, subcontractors, health and safety compliance, permit-to-work and LOTO systems, preventive and reactive maintenance, CAFM recording, statutory work, customer service, operational reporting, asset registers, and incident investigations. It requires experience in building services engineering, team management, and FM operations, with mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled engineering backgrounds.
