Description
Charles County Government is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to supervise civil engineering staff and manage specialized engineering work across assigned functional areas within the Planning and Growth Management/Infrastructure Management division. The role oversees engineering projects, studies, budgets, policies, compliance, reports, field inspections, public and contractor communications, and coordination with other departments and agencies. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, seven years of progressively responsible engineering experience, a Maryland Registered Professional Engineer license, and climate competency training level 2. The position is exempt, telework-eligible, and pays $88,790.38 to $143,840.46 annually.
