Description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Engineering Manager to lead its engineering leadership team. The role oversees hiring, training, performance evaluations, discipline, and termination; troubleshoots and maintains mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other hotel systems; manages preventative maintenance, pool care, building exterior, compliance, service contracts, room care, capital planning, safety, and energy improvements; and communicates with guests, hotel departments, and staff. Candidates need at least one year of hotel engineering management experience, English communication ability, a professional demeanor, strong customer-service skills, and a team-oriented approach.
