Eaton is hiring an Engineering Supervisor for its Wilsonville, Oregon facility to manage and direct the Customer Order Engineering team. The role provides senior technical direction, engineering designs, troubleshooting support, project management, customer and sales collaboration, and leadership and development of engineers and technicians. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least three years of electrical manufacturing or operations experience, and prior technical leadership experience. The position is onsite Monday through Friday, pays $97,000 to $143,000 annually, and is eligible for a variable incentive program.
