Description
The Standard is hiring an Engineering Supervisor in Mexico City to oversee daily hotel engineering and maintenance operations. The role leads and coordinates the engineering team, responds to maintenance requests and equipment failures, performs preventive and corrective maintenance across guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities, monitors building systems, supports contractors and emergency procedures, and maintains gardens and exterior spaces. Candidates need prior hotel engineering or maintenance leadership experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems, gardening and landscaping skills, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and fluency in Spanish.
