Description
The Engineering Supervisor will lead the daily maintenance operations at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, overseeing engineering technicians and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, kitchen, and building systems. The role includes assigning work orders, conducting inspections, troubleshooting, monitoring equipment and contractors, maintaining records, supporting sustainability and safety initiatives, and collaborating with hotel departments. Candidates need a relevant engineering diploma or bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of engineering maintenance experience including at least two years in a supervisory role, strong technical and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/BMS systems.
