Kepak is hiring an experienced Engineering Supervisor for its Merthyr Tydfil food-processing facility. The full-time, permanent role manages a rotating team of multiskilled engineers, maintains continuous production through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, supports projects and technical specifications, coaches colleagues, and applies continuous-improvement and lean methods. The position requires an electrical or mechanical qualification, domestic wiring experience, PLC knowledge, and boiler or steam experience, and follows a 4ON/4OFF shift pattern.
