Description
The Engineering Supervisor leads a team of general maintenance technicians responsible for servicing and repairing timeshare guest units and resort assets. The role supervises work assignments, troubleshoots and resolves maintenance issues, trains and develops staff, supports complex guest situations, and helps control department expenditures. Candidates must have at least two years of supervisory experience, Level I–III general maintenance proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and one year of driving experience, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, safety, and guest-service skills.
