The role is a hands-on hotel maintenance and operations position responsible for inspecting work, supervising routine maintenance and physical-structure operations, responding to emergencies, overseeing remodeling and capital-expenditure projects, and leading a trained team. The position requires prior experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, strong team-leadership skills, thorough property knowledge, and vendor-management capabilities.
