Description
The Engineering Supervisor will lead and develop a maintenance team at Sea Village Resort, manage work schedules and resort assets, inspect completed work, handle guest service requests and complaints, maintain operational procedures, monitor equipment and facilities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role also requires performing maintenance duties as needed and working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; two years of related engineering experience; one year of supervisory experience; basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational abilities; a valid driver’s license; and on-call availability.
