Engineering Supervisor at Westgate Resorts

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to lead the resort’s Engineering Department, oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance and repair projects, conduct facility inspections, respond to maintenance requests, support departmental administration, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA requirements. The role requires afternoon and weekend shift availability, a high school diploma or GED, Certified Pool Operator certification, at least two years of supervisory experience in engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations, two years of hands-on maintenance experience, basic computer proficiency, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position pays $24 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage among other benefits.
