Description
Dexcom is hiring an Engineering Supervisor for a fully onsite, shift-based manufacturing role transitioning to a back-end day-shift pattern. The supervisor will lead equipment technicians, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in Maximo, manage technician attendance and training, support equipment projects and validation, monitor OEE and yield, and ensure safety and equipment documentation compliance. The role requires supervisory experience, extensive technical manufacturing experience, and typically an NFQ Level 7 or 8 qualification with 5–8 years of related experience. The annualised base salary is €70,125 to €90,750 gross, with 10% travel required.
