Orbital Engineering, Inc. is hiring a remote Engineering Supervisor – Protection & Controls to lead a small team of electrical substation designers and oversee protection and controls design projects across the United States. The role manages project delivery, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality reviews, client communication, compliance, and technical troubleshooting, while mentoring designers and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates need at least four years of electrical substation design experience, project-management experience, substation drawing review experience, software proficiency, and the ability to work with remote team members; a PE license is preferred. The position pays $140,000–$180,000 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, and other benefits.
