Description
The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving SMT manufacturing processes, introducing new products and processes to SMT lines, meeting KPIs such as CPP, Nu Rel, IDC, Tver, and FPY, ensuring compliance with customer and automotive quality standards, and developing staff under supervision. The position requires advanced English, a mechanical or related engineering background, more than five years of experience in mechanical processes, knowledge of statistical analysis and quality tools, and experience working in cross-functional global teams.
