Pike Engineering is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to supervise and provide technical leadership to an electrical engineering and design team. The role manages client projects, responsible charge engineering, project schedules, budgets, profitability, customer relations, safety compliance, recruiting, and performance development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, ABET-accredited engineering education, 7+ years of engineering practice, 5–7 years of substation engineering experience, and Professional Engineer and NCEES credentials. The position requires regular attendance and involves complex decision-making, technical standards, and high-voltage substation design.
