Description
The Engineering Support SME will provide technical support and advice on classified USAF studies, initiatives, demonstrations, and programs. Responsibilities include translating user requirements into weapons-system requirements, performing technical and mission analyses, developing subsystem concepts and trade-off assessments, supporting AFRL technology initiatives, creating systems-engineering documents, providing acquisition and programmatic advice, and supporting risk management and configuration control. The role requires at least 12 years of relevant Department of Defense experience, three years of SAP or SCI experience in the last five years, a relevant master's degree, and U.S. citizenship.
