Description
Evonik’s Engineering Talent Acquisition & Development (ETAD) program is a three-year early-career engineering development role through NextGen Technologies, providing two years of broad applied training and one year of focused experience. The position supports process engineering, capital projects, plant operations, process safety, and technical improvement initiatives across Evonik’s business and manufacturing network, with opportunities to contribute to design, commissioning, startup, and cross-functional engineering work. Candidates must be finishing a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering between December 2026 and August 2027, be willing to relocate, and bring strong engineering fundamentals, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
