Description
CloudLinux is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead and operate a fully remote, senior team responsible for email security products, including inbound anti-spam filtering and an outbound SMTP gateway. The hands-on role combines engineering leadership, delivery planning, architecture, code and design review, production reliability, incident command, people management, hiring, and coaching. The ideal candidate has at least five years of software engineering experience, two or more years leading engineers, experience operating distributed backend services under production load, strong Linux and observability skills, familiarity with ML-driven systems and AI-assisted development, and availability during European Union hours.
