Description
CloudLinux is hiring a fully remote Engineering Team Lead to lead and contribute hands-on to a senior team building and operating email security products, including inbound anti-spam filtering and an outbound SMTP gateway. The role combines engineering delivery, architecture, production reliability, incident command, people leadership, hiring, and coaching, with responsibility for distributed backend services, ML-driven detection systems, observability, deliverability, and AI-assisted development workflows. The position requires at least 5 years of software engineering experience and 2 or more years leading engineers, with availability during EU hours.
