Description
CloudLinux is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead and technically contribute to a fully remote team building and operating email security products for hosting providers. The role combines delivery ownership, architecture and code review, production reliability and incident command, people leadership, hiring, and coaching, with hands-on engineering in Go/Python-based backend systems, SMTP infrastructure, anti-spam and ML-driven filtering. The lead will manage release quality, observability, SLOs, technical debt, distributed-team operations, and AI-assisted development workflows.
