Description
CloudLinux is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead a fully remote senior team building and operating email security products, including inbound anti-spam filtering and an outbound SMTP gateway for hosting providers. The hands-on role combines engineering leadership, delivery planning, architecture, code and design review, production reliability, incident command, hiring, coaching, and people development. The lead will work with Go and Python services, Linux, email infrastructure, observability and data tooling, ML-driven detection systems, and AI-assisted development workflows, with availability during EU hours.
