Description
Flare is hiring an R&D Team Leader to lead a full-stack engineering team of backend and frontend developers. The role owns project delivery from planning through production, sets technical direction, manages complex technical challenges, supports engineer growth, and partners with Product Managers and other stakeholders. The position requires 8+ years of hands-on web engineering experience, 4+ years of engineering management experience, strong backend expertise, proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript, and experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and Agile development.
