Description
Rosendin is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for various engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistical, and technical leadership of projects, along with mentoring and training staff. This role involves understanding project requirements, preparing work plans, overseeing engineers and designers, resolving complex problems, coordinating with regulatory agencies, attending design meetings, conducting value engineering studies, and acting as an Engineer of Record.
