AWS is hiring a team leader for its Lambda Durable Functions SDK team to set the team’s roadmap and vision, align stakeholders, ship customer-facing features, and hire and develop software engineers. The role requires at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with knowledge of software development practices and experience partnering with product or program management teams. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base salary of CAD 171,400 to 286,200 annually.
