Secomea is hiring an Engineering Team Lead for a cloud engineering team that builds the customer-facing secure remote access platform. The role combines hands-on software engineering with people leadership, including designing and coding distributed cloud systems, APIs, identity, governance, observability, and user experience; contributing to architecture and production operations; and coaching, hiring, and managing team members. Candidates should have strong C# and .NET experience, modern cloud and distributed-systems expertise, security knowledge, and the ability to lead while remaining technically involved.
