CloudLinux is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead a fully remote senior engineering team responsible for an email security product line serving hosting providers. The role combines delivery management, architectural and code-review leadership, production operations, incident command, people development, hiring, and hands-on backend engineering. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, two years of engineering team leadership, strong Linux and distributed-systems experience, observability and data-tool fluency, ML-driven systems knowledge, AI-assisted development experience, professional English, and availability during EU hours. Email infrastructure and open-source mail-stack experience are preferred but not required.
