Description
This role involves leading and developing an engineering team focused on providing structural, mechanical, electrical, and powerplant repair services for aircraft and components. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance by overseeing damage assessments, repair designs, and adherence to FAA regulations and OEM service bulletins. The individual will act as a primary liaison with the FAA and aircraft customers, supporting organizational growth through business development, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
