Description

XTB is hiring an Engineering Team Leader to build and grow its Site Reliability Engineering team and shape the technical and operational direction of SRE practices. The role owns reliability strategy, 24/7 on-call and incident management, observability engineering, KPI tracking, technical debt, and collaboration with product and infrastructure teams. It requires several years of SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps experience, formal management experience, expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Python, and observability tools, and offers remote work from Warsaw or a coworking space.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps experience managing high-scale distributed environments
Formal management experience leading and developing SRE or DevOps engineering teams
Extensive experience building scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure systems
Experience delivering end-to-end reliability strategies and managing large-scale technical projects
Experience collaborating with product engineering teams and distributed or remote teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with commercial APM platforms and chaos engineering
Cloud cost management and FinOps proficiency
