Description
The Engineering Team Lead reports to the Director of Engineering and leads an engineering team responsible for key components of the StarCompliance Enterprise SaaS platform. The role combines technical leadership, people management, delivery accountability, and ownership of the software and services lifecycle, including modernisation, quality, CI/CD, observability, and production operations. It also leads the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices, including automated validation and guardrails for AI-generated changes. The role requires significant software engineering and leadership experience, C# and .NET expertise, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and experience in regulated SaaS or financial-services technology.
