Engineering Team Manager at Internal Board - for Logistics Hourly Paid Employees Only

Ocado Group is hiring an Engineering Team Manager to lead engineers, technicians, and trainees at its Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith, Kent. The role involves assessing and developing staff, allocating workloads, handling disciplinary matters, and maintaining pace, accuracy, and standards across the CFC. The manager must be a competent mechanical or electrical engineer familiar with both engineering streams, with experience leading engineers in an automated FMCG environment and knowledge of automation hardware and software, production, picking and storage MHE systems, and computerised maintenance management systems. The position works 12-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends to support a 24/7 operation.
