Description
The Engineering Technician supports engineering development, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for manufacturing equipment, systems, and customer products. The role performs complex tests and checkouts, analyzes technical data, assembles and modifies components and test fixtures, documents procedures and results, supports hardware and software testing solutions, and collaborates with engineers, customers, and production teams. It requires an associate degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent education and experience, along with troubleshooting, technical-documentation, Microsoft Office, and communication skills; manufacturing, test, or product-development experience is preferred.
