The role covers painting, caulking, wall repairs, basic plumbing diagnostics, electrical resets and voltage measurements, TV and electronic-device troubleshooting, appliance diagnostics, procurement support, and resort operations software. Candidates need 0–1 year of hands-on trades or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
