The role includes plumbing diagnostics, electrical resets and voltage checks, appliance troubleshooting, TV and electronic-device installation, painting and wall repairs, inventory support, and safe use of tools and equipment. Applicants need a high school diploma, 0–1 years of hands-on trades or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
