Phoenix Group is hiring a full-time Engineering Technician – Interior Communications to support Carrier Transition Team activities during an aircraft carrier’s Refueling and Complex Overhaul. The role provides embedded technical assistance, troubleshooting, system restoration and testing support, schedule-risk mitigation, and mentorship to Combat Systems, interior communications, and electrical personnel. Candidates should have extensive CVN combat systems, interior communications, electronics, or electrical maintenance experience, including shipyard work, along with knowledge of Navy maintenance procedures, technical drawings, and communications systems. The position is based in Newport News, Virginia, requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a SECRET security clearance, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
