Description

As an Engineering Technical Assistant at Centrus Energy's American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, you will join the engineering team to enhance technical documentation, procedures, and corrective-action processes. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate degree or higher in engineering technology, engineering science, physical sciences, technical writing or communication, quality assurance, industrial technology, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, procedure writing, engineering support, corrective action or CAPA, quality, document control, manufacturing, operations support, or a related technical environment.
3+ years of experience developing or revising technical procedures, work instructions, controlled documents, training materials, or technical reports.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting nuclear, DOE, NRC, manufacturing, construction, chemical processing, aerospace, defense, utilities, or another highly regulated technical organization.
Experience with CATSWeb or another corrective action, CAPA, issue-tracking, work-control, quality-management, or regulatory-commitment tracking system.
Knowledge of document control, configuration management, records management, and change management principles; formal technical-writing or procedure-writing training or certification and an active or previously held DOE Q clearance are valued.
