Description
Mindlance is hiring a Manufacturing Training & Documentation Industrial Engineer to work on-site in Fairfield, Ohio, for an ASAP start and a six-month contract with possible extension. The role observes manufacturing and warehouse processes, partners with operators and subject-matter experts, and develops SOPs, standard work, job instructions, OJT materials, process flows, visual aids, checklists, training matrices, and qualification programs. The engineer will also identify process-improvement opportunities, support onboarding and cross-training, conduct floor audits, and establish document-revision controls for a sustainable documentation system.
