Description
ALSO is hiring an Engineering Technical Lead – Engineering Triage to build and operate a cross-functional issue-triage function across embedded firmware, mobile apps, cloud services, and connected vehicle systems. The role owns issue intake, prioritization, investigation, root-cause analysis, triage reviews, dashboards, observability, severity and escalation frameworks, release readiness, and automation tooling, while partnering with engineering, product, support, manufacturing, operations, and program management. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, at least 8 years of embedded, mobile, or cloud software experience, and strong debugging, systems-engineering, and programming skills. The position offers $170,000–$210,000 per year and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and family benefits.
