Wabtec Freight Services is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, integration, validation, safety, cybersecurity, and productization of a next-generation industrial robotics and automation solution for rail yard operations. The role owns the system from early-stage research and development through prototype, pilot, production release, customer implementation, and lifecycle support, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, cybersecurity, and customer teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 10 years of experience developing complex integrated systems are required; the disclosed base salary is $104,800–$149,300.
