Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Engineering Technical Program Manager to lead multi-functional engineering development and implementation programs for products or services. The role manages schedules, budgets, resources, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, Agile delivery, quality initiatives, and technical integration, while mentoring less-experienced staff. It is a hybrid position requiring approximately two days per week in an HPE office and is available in Colorado, California, Minnesota, and Texas. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 6–10 years of relevant experience, SDLC and Agile/Scrum expertise, and 3+ years managing complex technical programs; PMP/PMI certification is preferred. Base salary ranges from USD 105,500 to USD 243,000 depending on location, with variable incentives possible.
