Description
The Endpoint Management Engineer provides backend configuration, maintenance, and support for workstation and security applications such as Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune. The role plans infrastructure services, builds automated deployment packages, tests pilot services, documents solutions, troubleshoots endpoint incidents, reviews Service-Now tickets, manages desktop security frameworks, coordinates architecture and project requests, and creates stakeholder reports. It requires at least five years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints, one or more years of identity and access management experience, advanced scripting knowledge, incident-handling experience, and prioritization skills. The position requires five days onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.
