Voltava is hiring an Engineering Technician for the third shift to maintain and improve production equipment in a just-in-time manufacturing environment. The role supports program launches, process development, equipment deployment, process-flow evaluation, simulation-data analysis, equipment design and specification, and continuous improvement while emphasizing safety, quality, and teamwork. A high school diploma is required, an associate degree in engineering technology or a related discipline is preferred, and minimum travel is required.
