Lam Research is hiring a Microscopy Lab Technician to prepare STEM and TEM samples, image samples using Thermo Fisher Helios systems, and perform FIB-SEM analysis. The role supports engineering problem resolution, maintains quality and customer-IP standards, communicates workflow estimates, and may include FIB-SEM analysis. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, a physical-science or materials-science degree or equivalent training, and the ability to work a 10–12-hour compressed week with day and night shifts. The position offers a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $27.88 to $53.85 and may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
