Description
The role operates, maintains, repairs, and retrofits hotel building services and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and life-safety systems. Responsibilities include analyzing utilities and operating logs, handling emergencies, supervising contractors, completing work orders and maintenance logs, and performing daily startup, shutdown, and inspection activities. The position requires at least two years of related facilities-engineering experience, relevant service-oriented experience, English communication skills, a PUB Electrician Licence or equivalent electrical approval, and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment.
