Description
The Engineering Technician supports ADDMAN Engineering’s digital manufacturing business by operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and analyzing 3D printers, particularly in a plastics printing operation. The role includes improving printer uptime, reducing scrap through DMAIC, performing quality inspections, supporting preventative maintenance and inventory activities, and contributing to lean and six-sigma improvement projects. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. citizenship or valid permanent resident status, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands and personal protective equipment.
