Description
The Engineering Technician will assemble, integrate, and test space-flight hardware by interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work instructions. The role handles delicate and ESD-sensitive flight hardware in a team environment, occasionally assembles non-flight Ground Support Equipment, and uses forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment. Basic qualifications include mechanical principles, blueprint comprehension, computer and Microsoft tool use, teamwork, and knowledge of tools and measurement devices; experience with mechanical and electrical tools and hardware is preferred.
