Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking an Engineering Technician to support Product Engineers in developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense products. The role combines hands-on production work, process design and documentation, equipment and tooling support, testing, troubleshooting, inspections, continuous improvement, and training of producers. Candidates need a high school diploma or general education degree, at least 15 college credit hours, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training; preferred qualifications include mechanical aptitude, CAD, CNC, lab procedures, and manufacturing documentation skills.
