Description
The Laboratory Testing Technician supports Test Engineers, Validation/Reliability Engineers, and the Lab Manager by setting up environmental, vibration, and electrical test stands; installing and testing parts; collecting electrical, force, and actuation data; reporting results; performing daily test-system checks; and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires an associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, thermal, and dimensional measurement equipment, Microsoft Office proficiency with strong Excel skills, and the ability to work safely with unguarded laboratory equipment. It is based in Lexington, Ohio, with less than 5% travel required.
