Hologic is hiring an onsite Engineering Technician in Newark, Delaware to support the design, build, testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, maintenance, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems, experimental circuitry, and specialized test equipment. The role involves performing reliability and qualification testing, developing and reworking wire harnesses, soldering and debugging PCBA prototypes, operating laboratory equipment, conducting root-cause analysis, maintaining test fixtures and laboratory operations, and supporting quality and process improvement activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree, or related experience, and offers an annualized base salary of $41,000 to $61,800.
