KMS Solutions is hiring an Engineering Technician to support the Ranges, Engineering, and Analysis Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, Rhode Island. The role performs rigging and crane operations, installs and connects test-system components, maintains and operates electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, atmospheric, shock, vibration, and other test equipment, and implements customer testing requirements. It requires a DoD Secret clearance, high school diploma or GED, three years of shipboard or industrial electrical/fluid systems experience, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The position is full-time, industrial-lab based, with no telework, up to 10% travel, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
